It would be very time-saving, if one could take over the column width (and optionally the alignment, possibly other) of e.g. the data rows into the header rows (or vice versa) by a kind of “service function” (via button or similar) when defining a table.
This is a point that I painfully miss with every new list I make.
If you create a new header line, usually you get a dialog offering to copy information from an existing line. That usually should do the trick - you should get exactly what you want this way.
An alternative might be to simply copy the data line to the clipboard and paste it as header. Afterwards, make sure to edit the content as required.
