Excel - default values for header/footer in page setup (print dialog)

I suggest to implement the following Excel feature:

It would be desirable if the header or footer could be preset in the ‘Page setup’ dialog if you want to print an excel file.

This should be made possible via the designer and/or the API.

This would be e.g. helpful for outputting the page number or other information (if endless pages are set)

This would be great, especially if the functionality was included to hide page headers (or footers) natively in the software versus needing to do this through a programming language.
