Report Containers repeated on pages

Have a report that has 2 report containers. each contains a table and takes up about half the page.

when one of the tables doesnt have any more rows for the next page the table no longer prints. is it possible to have the table print (header, footer, etc) even though there is no more data

If there is just static data in the header and footer areas you might consider using text objects instead. There is no way unfortunately to force a finished table to print its header and footer.
