We are using LL14 and one of our clients has reported an issue when pressing the email option when previewing a report. Instead of launching a new mail dialog it simply flashes back. It works fine with all other versions of Office.
Any ideas?

This is an incompatibility between version 14 you’re using and Office 2013. We have applied a fix for this behavior in the current version 18 (latest build not yet available from our website). If you’re interested in testing it, just contact our sales team and refer them to this thread. We’d be happy to provide you with the latest build then.
