Hello,
I use LL14 and when I use a jpg I cann’t see it in my own viewer. When I print it is OK.
The same layout is OK in LL13.

The List & Label 13 viewer (or viewer ActiveX) is not compatible with preview files generated with LL14, because they use a better compression method for JPEG files (new feature of LL14)

The viewer is build LL14. Do I have to change the callback functions?

Not really. Have you made that you’ve applied the most recent service pack?
There was a bug in one of the first releases of LL14 IIRC.

G.

Yes, I first downloaded the service pack before I posted the problem.
But we solved the problem by using the LL Viewer now.
