I have run into an issue with DrillDown reports. I created the report and it does work. However if I select a different report, then select the report again, it does not report and I get the following message:
“The file is not a List & Label preview file or the file cannot be accessed.”
and the file cannot be accessed without restarting the program.
With some experimentation, I have found that if I set the “Embed Drilldown Reports” option to FALSE, this issue does not arise. However, of course, without this value set to TRUE, the report will not drill down at all.
Finally, the child report that is being drilled down to always works fine, even if its parent does not.
What can I do to fix this problem? Thank you very much.
