Formatted Text when using Windows 10

Hi

We are using L&L18. We have some users who have reports which include formatted text boxes and after upgrading their machines to Windows 10 these have been causing the software to crash completely. I have tested by using the same reports with the same version of our software on Windows 8.1 and they work just fine, but when I use them on Windows 10 it crashes. I have replaced with a normal text box and the report works fine on both operating systems.

Do you know of any problems or reasons this may be happening?

thank you for your post.

Please note that List & Label 18 does not support Windows 10. In that case we recommend to test the behavior with the recent version 21 of List & Label, which supports Windows 10.
