If you try and email a report, all the footer information on the email is lost. I am using Microsoft Outlook, why is this?
I guess you mean the signatures?
Well, it’s simple: when you create a mail using XMAPI and SMAPI, these interfaces do not add them - it’s Outlook that does it.

I use the Outlook object model and invoke the signatures, I thought LL might have done the same
No LL uses XMAPI, SMAPI or uses own SMTP communication.
