Show icon chart in toolbar

hi,

when i open my test.lst in LL14 with option LL_PROJECT_LIST i see that the button “chart” not avaliable in toolbar

when i open my test.lst in LL11 with option LL_PROJECT_LIST i see that the button “chart” is avaliable in toolbar

with differ between LL11 and LL14? who i correct this?

What does “not available” mean?

Is it not present, or disabled?
