Current status
List & Label offers the option of creating ZUGFeRD-compliant PDF documents.
From List & Label 31
From version 31 onwards, ZUGFeRD version 2.3 is also directly supported - version 2.4 will be supported in a later service pack - see also Connection to ZUGFeRD Invoice Format.
Earlier List & Label versions
Unfortunately, earlier versions cannot create PDF documents for ZUGFeRD versions 2.2 and 2.3 due to the PDF component used.
Note: This does not affect X-Rechnung in versions 2.2 and 2.3. These can also be used with ZUGFeRD version 2.1, so that the current solution can also be used with the current standards.
Support for ZUGFeRD versions 2.2 and 2.3
However, if your application is dependent on ZUGFeRD versions 2.2 or 2.3, the Mustang project is an alternative. It enables PDF documents to be converted into electronic invoices of ZUGFeRD versions 2.2 and 2.3 retrospectively, i.e. after export with List & Label.
Conversion
This subsequent merging of an existing PDF document exported with List & Label with a ZUGFeRD XML file can be carried out with Mustang using the command line below. The ZUGFeRD version, profile, input PDF etc. can be defined. Please note that Java must be installed.
