Some customers experience an Error ( 1012-) message while mailing an invoice via MAPI to Outlook (with Microsoft Exchange account). Sometimes it helps to restart the Pc, but most of the time the problem returns or stays permanently.
Sometimes it helps changing Mail to Outlook in Default apps in the Windows Settings (Windows 10), but after mailing one invoice the problem is back and the Pc has to be restarted.
The List & Label 21 (Rev. 21.000) program is being used from within our own program.
Any idea of a solution for this problem?
