The Desktop-Designer offers the possibility to add new Includes (e.g a shared footer, header, …) to a report, but the WebDesigner is missing this function. It expects to have the includes already created and uploaded to the Repository. This is very unhandy to use and nothing a Customer can do.
Suggest that the WebDesigner creates a new include and uploads it automatically to the Repository by using the existing Repository method CreateOrUpdateItem and the RepositoryImportUtil class.

This can be done using the repository feature, the dialog has meanwhile be adapted to allow for it IIRC. Please check with the latest version or drop a quick comment.
