Add a better keyboard interface for report parameters

[combit_Webmaster (combit Team)]

In the preview mode you can edit report parameters.

You can select them with using the Tab-key.



But there is no way to execute the Refresh-button with the keyboard. I would expect that the Enter key will do this.
