Why can't I vote for a feature?

I wanted to vote for this Idea, but it seems, that I am out of votes.

You’d need to browse a bit on the site in order to be promoted to trust level 1 (see https://blog.discourse.org/2018/06/understanding-discourse-trust-levels/). However, I just granted 1 vote even for TL0 users, that way you should be able to vote. Will move this thread to “Site Feedback”.
