Use RTF text from database

I must be missing something simple here - I have a database field with RTF text.

If I try and print this on a report in a text field and set Type to RTF I get nothing out.

If I set it back to Text I see the raw RTF text

I was expecting to just be able to drop it on the report, set filed type to RTF and it would work.

What am I missing ?

Hi!

  1. Can you open the stream using wordpad?
  2. Try to increase the size of the rtf-object placed in List & Label.

define the field as LL_RTF type, then change the cell to “RTF” type and use your field as source for the contents (in the RTF editor, combobox at the top). That’s it.
