Is it possible to insert a hyperlink in a LL18 label?
This link should be activated when a user clicks in the PDF document i create in LL18.
Suggestions are welcome.

Yes, it is possible to use hyperlinks in this way. You can use a simple string field in a table or any object in the designer for this purpose. Type your text into the field you want to display, e.g. “Click here…”. Then just type the hyperlink as string into the “Link” property of that field.
