Unable to insert Drawing with URL

Good day,
LL is unable to download images from URL. The log outputs this error:

It is working fine when downloading it directly and then using the local path as input. I am using LL 25.3.0.
Is LL using Internet Explorer for downloading the images?

Would it be possible for you to test the behavior with List & Label 27?

It is working with LL27. However, we are unable to upgrade to version 27 at the moment. I’ll take note of this when we upgrade. Thank you.
