I suggest to implement the following feature:
I would like Formular-Elements also be able to show ToolTips when ReadOnly is enabled. Currently, upon disableing the Option to fill a FormularElement, the ToolTip is also not displayed.
A typical use case might be:
Any possible description-label with an explaination needed but a set content, which is not to be changed. Some kind of Bill for example, explaining a fee while also not making it possible to change the name/contents of said fee.
