The project file cannot be opened.

Hi all.
While I was designing a report, the editor crashed for some reason.
When I now try to open the report in the designer I get this error:

“The project file cannot be opened. You may not have the network rights or
the project is currently being edited.”

What is wrong? How can I get my reportlayout back?

maybe it is possible the projectfile is still locked by the process. did you
have tried to restart your computer and try it again?

generally the list & label designer creates a backup file of the report if
it will saved in the designer. the filename has got the charactee “~” at the
first position in the extension: .~ e.g. “Sub
reports and relations.~srt”. maybe you can use this backup file.
