When I make some changes to the “List and Label” design while working locally, the data in the database is being affected differently compared to when I work on the live version. As a result, the file opens completely empty.

Uzair, this sounds like a question for our support. We’d need to exchange more detailed information, log files, maybe the project file before and after and so on. The forum doesn’t seem the best choice here. I’d suggest heading to the support center and logging an issue there. Feel free to return to this thread with the findings.
Check consistent data handling, confirm accurate database interactions, match environment configurations and implement error tracking for updates causing issues.
