Support for Designer Preview and Drilldown for JAVA

I don’t see any reason for not supporting theses features from JAVA. The only thing i see is the missing ability to call SetEvent directly from JAVA. But this WinApi-Function could be easily provided by the combit-Java-Wrapper.
