SMTP - Test message works but real message doesn't

Hi,

We need to move to using SMTP emailing.

Setup SMTP & send test messages without any problem.

When try to send a real message it appears to be reverting to SMAPI.

Tried removing CMMX19.DLL, real messages act in exactly the same way, but can no longer send SMTP test message (as expected).

Must be missing something which allows application to use SMTP - any suggestions?

thank you for your post.

Unfortunately we do not know any reason for the mentioned behavior. Could you test the behavior with the recent version 19.001?

Please have a look into the debwin logfile. Here you should see error while sending the email.
