Please add a possibility to control in which language the WebDesigner starts. Currently this seems to be related to the Web-Users OS language, but he may have choosen to run the Web-App in a different language.
E.g. my development machine is running Windows 10 english, but the Web-App I am currently working on is in german. The WebDesigner allways starts with an english UI.

The language for the Web Report Designer (available from version 27) can be switched on the server side.
