Rtf field repeating - unable to limit to single output with appearance condition

Hi,

Having a strange issue with RTF field which repeats on a data line. A few attempts using appearance conditions haven’t worked in limiting the field from showing only once. Any advice that could help?

Could you provide a couple of screenshots showing your configuration and the result?

The content is as expected. The number of times the rtf repeats covers many pages when it needs to be displayed once.

Hi, you are using the RTF field in a data row as a field, so it repeats depending on how many data rows are loaded from the data source.

Indeed - you should rather use “Free Content” as source type for the table item that contains the RTF. That should fix the issue.
