We’ve got a customer using an Epson TM-P60II with Peeler printer to print labels from our application. As it’s working now, the labels print great, but the customer has to manually press the feed button to advance it far enough to tear it off.
There are settings in the printer driver to cause this to automatically happen and then at the start of the next label it reverses it back to print correctly.
This works fine from Notepad for example, but not from our application using L&L21. It’s like L&L is ignoring the printer driver settings. Is there a way to address this?

Unfortunately, this question can not be solved in the forum. We need additional information (debwin logfile with advanced printer debug outputs) that cannot be exchanged through the forum platform.
