Missing Text on Pages > 1

I have multiple text objects on my report and even though they are set to Layer Base, they only show up on Page 1. The document is currently three pages and if I assign them to the layer Following Pages, it only shows on the second.
I have one other text object on the report set to Base Layer and that works fine

Set the page break property to true

As @Erdal_Alacali mentioned before, please check the Pagebreak property of that text object. If it is set to Yes, then the text object will be printed only once and will not be triggered on the following pages.
