We have discovered an issue when attempting to launch LL21 Web Designer in more recent versions of Chrome and Edge where the Web Designer will not launch and displays an error message stating: “An error occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there any information on supported web browser versions for LL21 Web Designer?

the mentioned version 21 is about 10 years old. the browser versions are changed in that time a lot. In web technologies it seems to be a good idea to be up-to-date all the time - regarding any kind of security issues and features in older versions.
you can try to create a logfile with the debug application debwin.exe and you can see any important hints to fix that on your side - like missing modules or setting up any kind of options in the application code Use of the Web Designer etc.). Maybe it is an real error you cannot solve on your and and combit will not support older versions about 10 years old I think.
my suggestion: try to update to the latest version to be sure to get the latest security issues, browser compatibility and new features like the Web Report Designer (no more local installed needed on client-side - runs directly in the client browser). Also solving any errors in the latest version can be inspected and solved by combit.
