LL 10 and Windows 7 64 bit

We have a program using LL 10 and a machine that is Windows 7 64 bit. Every once in awhile we get a hung application after printing a LL document. It is not often, but often enought to do research. Are there any know issues with this? I know LL 15 is the only approved version for Windows 7, but it works in 10 95% of the time.

I don’t see immediately why there should be problems.

Did you ever attach a debugger when the application is hung, to see
what code is executing at that moment? I use this as first standard
procedure to find the reason of such a behavior.
