Is there any way to fix the X-axis limits for a Multi-Series Line/Symbol Chart?

The Y-axis limits can be set using the “Threshold” properties in the “Value Axis (z)” tab.
However, I haven’t been able to find corresponding properties for the X-axis limits.
Is filtering the data the only way to influence the extent of the X-axis?
