Existing .jpg in condition

Hello,

I don’t know if it is possible but I have a created a layout with 2 layers. One standard layer and one customer depending layer.

The customer layer is a layout which contains a (variable) picture. For example: For customer 01 I get picture c:\pictures\01.jpg.

My question now is: can i set the condition in the customer layer so that when there is no corresponding picture i get the layout with the standard layer.

In clear language the appearance formula of the second layer must be something like this:
if “customer picture” = in c:\pictures\

Can someone help me out with this one please.

thank you for your post.

We think working with layers would be to much overhead. We would recommend to use an additional picture file , which could show “no picture available” or it could also be blank. This could be shown when no corresponding picture is available. Otherwise the picture to the corresponding customer could be shown.
