Disabling links to pages in TOC

Hello
I have created a ToC layout and it works fine. I want to disable the navigation to pages from table of content. How can I disable this? Can we do this from Designer? Is there any export options that I can set so that links can be disabled?

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to disable this.
