This text file won’t help Visual Studio to find the assembly. 
Instalator still adds just C:\Program Files (x86)\combit\LL26\Redistribution\x64\ and C:\Program Files (x86)\combit\LL26\Redistribution\x86\ to the PATH so the combit.ListLabel26.dll won’t be found after update to version 26 unless full path is given manually in the project file.
We try not to clutter the system path too much 
- but you’re right, in order to migrate an existing application, you need to then give the full path (or add the assembly path to the system’s PATH environment manually). Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
Not sure I understood what you meant with the text file - if there’s anything besides the PATH modification you’re missing feel free to come back here again.
