I would like to convert my report color into black/white/gray before printing. How can I do this?

That depends.
You can create a bitmap, paint the EMF from the preview file into it and convert it to grayscale.
You can also get the page’s EMF and enumerate the records, manually replacing all colors to the corresponging gray ones.
LL has no way to do it, AFAIK.
