When Cell content is set to shrinking (I guess Compress or Wrap will work same), I understood, it is for PDF export calculated with different font spacing which is later NOT used when PDF is generated. When text size is calculated I think you use smaller width of font, which is not used when PDF is generated.
So as a result, it can happen (and it does) that Font is not shrunk enough and text is going out of cell and is truncated when PDF is generated.
I was offered PDF.ExactPositioning to solve the problem, but this will really change appearance of PDFs.
