Allow Report Parameters to be chosen in User/Sum Variables

I suggest to add the Report Parameters to the available fields when creating a new User Variable or Sum Variable.

If there is a report with a calendar that has dates to be selected by the end user those Report Parameters would be useful to be added into equations and formulas for User Variables and Sum Variables as well.

This is actually a very important but missing feature, and the example is a very typical one. When choosing a certain start date (Report Parameter), you want to use this not only in a data Filter but also in User Variable and Sum Variable formulas.
