When i’m generating the preview sometimes and on some computers it takes a lot of time to generate the files.
On some computers can take up to minute and on others it takes up about 20-30 minutes and they have the same PC
capabilities.
Any ideas.

I’d log the process using the provided debug tool. The debugging includes
timestamp information that should help to see where all the time is going
to.
